Will not return to Staples in Albany. Person in copy department was waiting on someone, so I patiently remained at the counter. Another woman, apparently someone he knew, then approached the counter, so he left me standing while he waited on her, though I was clearly there first. The girl who waited on me was very nice. However, I don't know if they didn't understand what I wanted or just overcharged. I had two stacks of paper, one about 40 sheets and the other about 50 sheets. I wanted them coil bound with a clear sheet on front and a thick sheet on the back. She said that would be $18! What?!?! A spiral binding is usually about $2.99! So I laid down the items I was about to purchase on the counter and I left.
