I came in this afternoon prepped and ready to spend up to $300. Finding no help, I located the chair I wanted, then had to walk to the front of the store looking for help, where the person behind the counter called for a clerk to meet me. That person said I couldn't buy the chair I wanted, but could order it online. He sent me to a third person who walked to the front of the store to place the online order ,and only then asked me what I wanted to order. That information was back at the chair. When you say your open you should be
they don't even know their own mask policy. clearly states anyone with a medical condition does not have to. I was harassed by the manager and when I called to ask her to review her own policy, I was hung up on 3x. I was completely refused service and was told to get out. this is the second time I have been harassed in this staples. the amount of disrespect towards a customer was astounding and the lack of knowledge also. I have called cooperate to file a formal complaint.
The MGR is Rude!! She walked up to my husband and said we don’t carry that without even bothering to take a minute and help him and turned around and walked off!!!
Irritated...BEWARE!!! BE CAUTUIOS.. I purchased a gift from a particular staple store online to be picked up at that specific staple store. Drive out to the store location off of 135th and Metcalf to find out the item that I selected with the help of Melissa was not actually the product that I was picking up.
