RecommendedI bought my daughter a new laptop today and needed to transfer all of her files from her school issue laptop. Staff at Staples get a five gold star rating from me. They transferred all her files and got the new computer fully set up and personalized. I also got a phenomenal package for anti-malware and coverage for literally anything that could happen to her computer ranging from accidents to acts of God. Happy kiddo, happy momma. 👍🏼 Thanks for a job well done, guys!
I've yet to have a print job go smoothly at Staples. Always a delay, always confusion about how to send in a print request. Just awful.
We almost never go to staples. Which I've heard they have great school supply selection and I have 4 kids. However, I used their services to cut/bind 2 large books. A rude woman quoted $13 thursday night. Showed up to pick it up on Friday and it was $40. When asked what happened to the price differential she states "well I don't know why it's ringing up like that? But I'm with my customer.' - well...I guess that means I'm not a customer. Definitely not any longer.
Tried to do the "easy rebate" not so easy. I bought staples paper. I should have read the fine print that the $2.99 was after a $5.00 rebate. I can go to walmart and get it now for $3.50. tried to return something without receipt. I paid over $10 for it but they wanted to get me $3 because that is the last entry they had in their system for it.
