I was helped at the Print and Copy Center with an order I had placed which didn't print out correctly from the online program. The service staff were very courteous and helped to troubleshoot the problem so I got a high quality order. You could tell they valued my business, and it was very much appreciated after having another order fulfilled elsewhere and facing multiple problems with it.
