I would like to know why the change for making copies!? I always chose staples vs the competitors. I went in to make 3 copies! Nothing specialized, but on a specific paper which you clearly had in stock because the lady behind the counter gave me options after getting off of her phone. When everything was set up she asked if I wanted an hour or the next day.... since WHEN? She obviously had enough time to be on her phone, I was the only one in the store at the time. I ordered ink for my EPSON workforce. Ordered Fri late Everything on my doorstep Monday by 2pm. Order was correct. Best Service for me. I’m 84 yrs & having back pain. Not walking very good. Thank You for you dependable service. 🦅🦋❤️
I went to recycle my laptop and it literally took 20 minutes, the staff had no idea of the process and each person had to ask someone else. One person told me that I get $10 in rewards for recycling but in order to get the $10 i needed to sign up for the rewards program. I signed up and come to find out there is no reward. Horrible service, the guy helping me was brand new and the other staff watched him suffer. Will never go there again!
Went in needing help on purchasing a new laptop. Greeted right away. Questions answered, was given multiple options for purchase. Wasn't rushed or pushed. Picked a new device with a few add-ons for my price range, and had them do the install & setup. All done within 48 hours. Highly recommend.
