RecommendedI have had nothing but great experiences at this store but I want to just speak on how patient and kind the workers are. A few months ago my son and I went into this staples for a few items. Well my son is 6 and non verbal due to autism. He ended up having a major meltdown which led to him wanting to sit on the floor by the register. No one made me feel any worse or embarrassed. Wes was great, he and his helper. I missed getting his name helped me get the most bang for my buck and loaded it all in my car for me, as it was very heavy.
To the cashier at this location who let 2 thieves who had just stolen my wallet use my debit card as a credit card and not ask for any ID...Thank you. You allowed them to wipe out my checking account to by gift cards from you. You should be fired.
Wouldn't let me print all 5 pages at once I had to print them one by one so 5 black and white pages costed me 8 bucks...don't go here for printing it'll cost ur ass
I wish I could give negative stars!!! Absolutely horrible company! Terrible attitudes from management and employees! I will take my business elsewhere!

Thank you, Staples, for your great service. Robert has taken great care of us in the past, but unfortunely, he was already gone for the day today when we brought in my laptop with the crack internally on the screen. Seth took awesome care of us, and hooked us up with a new laptop, is transfering the data, & we'll pick it up very soon! Ryan Dombroski, in Winter Haven, had always taken good care of us, but now that we live in Lakeland, Staples is so much more convenient!!!
