Great service ! I shop here weekly and they always greet and offer assistance.
A new complicated website, and it gets worse at this store with I could careless employee attitudes. Employees have almost no training, and are quick to turf you to online or national customer service in India, no wonders this company is going out of business.
I loved all of the deals for the back to school supplies!!!! I bought a ton of supplies for my nieces and nephews!!!! I bought 60 items and spent 25 bucks!! Everyone was helpful!!
A friend of mine got a job here and was sexually harassed on her first day of work. After reporting it to her manager, her abuser STILL has a job, and she does not because she chose not to be harassed.
Don't Shop at Staples at the Forum they'll charge to much for their Tech Services also sometime your computer will not work the same and you will have to bring it back for them to fix it. also the Techs their have little or experience how to troubleshoot your issues they use a third party call The Matrix to do the work . then 3 days to get you computer back. very poor services
Love this store Bryan is fantastic he can take care of you and three others with out a problem and with out any complaints from the customers
