Let’s just say that I found my experience ridiculous tonight just picking up some prepaid Christmas cards. After waiting in line to get to the register she wants me to get out of line to walk around all the COVID register ropes to a spot at the same counter 6 feet away. I think people are turning into robots and not being compassionate human beings. I don’t want to go back there. Huge shout out to Staples in Grand Haven and specifically Debby. You are the best! I highly recommend this store as they have awesome customer service.
Staples' "rewards" is a real scam. You can only redeem your rewards for turning in ink cartridges IF you buy ink from them. Well, Sam's Club has a better price on ink SO I BUY IT THERE. AND as for your "price match" yea right! you don't have the same packages of ink that Sam's has, so NO price match. THEN, you make it a real mystery about how a person gets and redeems their rewards.
