Poor. Poor. Poor check out service. While shopping for back to school materials my family of 3 were purchasing 2 led pads and some high end ink pens. We entered the line and proceeded to lane with lighted box a family behind us entered as well. once at the lighted counter Cashier starts to assist family behind us at a register that didn't seem to be opened. Horrible customer service today in Cartersville, actually NO customer service, not even busy, just a handful of customers in the store, apparently a handful too many.
Horrible Staples Now!!!! STAY AWAY from print section! The employees there are a joke, and get stressed out way to easy. I needed them to print a 54 page booklet that I created (no pictures, no coloring, just simple black and white printed word documents) and it took them a day and a half to get it done, and that was with an express up charge! I hate that I do not know the guys name, BUT it was a black gentlemen today who works on the tech side who helped me to return a printer and find a new one. The first printer I got was a laser printer and unfortunately the images printed raster. So, he went through each printer with me ... and WOW ... the one I got not only prints clear and crisp, BUT it prints full bleed totally eliminating paper trimming for me. Just shout out for amazing customer service!!! I really appreciate it!!!
Omar at the tech desk went above and beyond any expectations I had and extracted old videos from a very old computer in less than an hour! I am so impressed Staples could help me with my emergency request. Thank you!
Positive Post... A young girl named EMMA SMITH helped me and my mom pick a filing cabinet out at Staples today. She took our phone call, then when we got to the store, checked stock in the store, got hand trucks, rolled it to the checkout line, checked us out and then rolled it out for car pick up service. I am 100% sure she was trained or taught customer service from her parents, school teachers and work. Beautiful girl; hard worker, caring! Staples should promote her and pay her top pay for her position.
Staples in Cartersville went ABOVE and BEYOND for me in preparing programs for my husband's funeral. I could not have asked for more generosity and timeliness in getting everything done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Do not believe the sign behind the tech desk! Took computer in for repair 2/5 at 10:00am. On 2/8 I went to pick it up after never being called to tell me it was fixed. Asked about the free repair cost since I met the criteria and was told I had to have it in before 10. Bull! I will never return to this store. I have purchased 5 computers and bought lots of school supplies there. Never again! You folks need to get your signs and your written policy in line.
