Steve Boone at the Technology Service desk was awesome! He was so helpful with helping diagnose the problem with my laptop and helping me order the replacement part. My computer was repaired for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. Steve went above and beyond any possible expectations!!!!
Great well-kept and organized store! Staff are cordial and know when to inquire when a customer needs assistance. Copy/work center area has a nice busy buzz atmosphere to it. Awesome Staples Rewards program available, too.
I feel very lucky to have such an awesome store close to home. I feel that the service is great and associates are helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this store to any friend.
