There was not enough employees to offer assistance today, but what employees that were there provided exceptional service. Two ladies helped assist me today and they were both personable and professional. Prices on printer cartridges were less expensive than Sam’s Club. I will definitely return to this store.
Wendy @ the Print Center is amazing! I placed an order that had a mistake on the document. I called in the morning and she immediately cancelled the order. She gave me an email for which to send the updated document. It kept getting kicked back. She took the time (and many calls) to walk me through the process to get my document printed. Outstanding customer service! I will always go to her in the future. Thank you, Wendy!
