Lady that took my order did no listen to what I need and I had to ask twice to get my prints onto photo paper. When she took my order she did not ask what type of paper I would like and just put them on gloss. One of my prints was not done right, and wasn't even sized to the page. The attendant who was helping me actually helped- resized the image and put it on the printer while I was there.
