I went to this Staples this morning to buy a new office chair. Most chairs did not have a price on them so we had to find someone to ask for help. Once we found someone they said they would send someone over, FIFTEEN minutes later someone finally came over. There were literally two other customers in the entire store. I asked to speak to the manager about their customer servi e and to see if there was a discount for the floor model. Today I had business cards printed by this staples.. what a horrible mistake! The words were so blurry to the point you couldn't read the email address or phone number and the cards in general were cheap, flimsy and unprofessional!!
Accosted by a punk outside the store. The Mall is bad with vagrants, but this corner by the stoplight is the worst. The store was out of stock of a bunch of things, but had lots of isle space devoted to selling electronics. Thought I was at a Best Buy. Isles were blocked with giant poster stands selling services, and pallets of stock. Glad I wasn't in my wheelchair today.
A friend shared with me that I could get a paperback book ring bound for $5.00 and it ended up being even less. I was ecstatic! The people were very helpful and fast with it, too. Thanks much!
Their printing services are great! Posters, flyers, brochures and all. Always perfect! Thank you for the great customer service too!
