So Mary Ann(CSR) and Angel (Manager) took care of me. 10/10 dropped off 10 cartridges of old ink $2 each. Save your paper slips. Make sure rep uses your staples card. Any returns on ink you should get a slip. Nothing was on my account. Angel has Mary Ann add them to my account and I got a $10 off my next purchase coupon. So I got my ink. Paid $10 more than I was expecting but should get $20 off my next ink purchase in 30 days. Time will tell. Always ask for a manager if you have a problem, they will make it right. Staples Block Party was A Huge Success and Thank You To everyone who participated and everyone who came out and had a great time with Us
Poor customer service. Cashier could not open draw and manger called twice who spent more time chatting with other people and not listening to a call by the cashier.
Great service , at least 3 can I help you find anything on top of that I forgot an item I called and it was put at the service desk with my name on it for pick up today /thank you all!
