I printed 50 Christmas Cards and it took DAYS for the order to be fulfilled (I never got a call like they said I would.) -They shorted me 25 of the 50 envelopes. -I had to order more cards and did it at the Vernon store, and the cards (though exactly the same) are nicer, have a completely different (better) coloring. I am SO disappointed. I'll never do my cards at Staples again, and if I EVER do, I will NOT do it in Enfield.

Poor customer service in the store. The guy did a "search" on the computer for 2 different phrases before saying he couldn't help me and walked away. I did a better search than THAT online before I even came into the store. What a bad experience!
