customer service was good
Staff not experienced enough to know their service. I was told she could not do a job for me. I went right across the street to Fedex and the did the job and I was out in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Fedex fir any of ur needs
So mad at myself that I didn’t speak up when I saw a manager who was rude to an employee. The employee thought that they weren’t allowed to fill out a check and the manager said, “well you didn’t hear that here.” Obviously she did or she wouldn’t have thought that. Train your employees to know what you expect or be nice about it when they didn’t know...especially in front of a customer.
