Let me play out the scenario... we went in 15 minutes before closing after driving 20 minutes because we really needed to print some documents THAT night. The sales associate, whose name I unfortunately cant remember, was really great and totally helped us. His manager, however, was really rude. Went to staples today, looking for a router, asked a clerk to help me. Huge mistake, just needed to replace my old one, the clerk told me I came to the wrong store if I wasn't willing to pay, 299. Or 399. , then he just walked off and left me stand there! I was stunned and pissed, I will never be back to Any Staples. Went to Walmart got one, works fine. This is just a case of someone trying to rake the older people who they think don't know any better. As%#},
