Perfect customer service at Copy & Print center
Need a recommendation for a place in Middletown to enlarge a piece of paper from 12x12 to 18x18. It appears to be more complex than I thought as staples needs 24 hours to do it.
Nobody offers to help... Store looks messy... Wrong prices are labeled... Over Priced on every trip! What happened to this store???
On Jan. 27, 2017 at the Middletown, NY 10940 Staples store at 5:11PM my credit card information was compromised. There were 14 episodes of them trying to buy or order from different companies in different parts of our country of America and beyond. The amounts added up to$3,096.55. Just had one of the worst experiences I've ever had in any retail store - it's a shame because it's my favorite, go-to office supply store (while working for a large telecommunications company who has a corporate account with Office Depot, yet I still spend $100's there monthly). The staff in the printing center have no idea how to do their jobs. They are less than helpful, and I wasn't the only person who had an issue with them when I was there. They don't try to help they just stare at you as if you have 3 heads. Also, the girl there was very rude to me, and to the 3 customers before me. Please help find a lost dog. Lost 5/15/16 near the petsmart parking lot. Dog was headed towards staples. Small 11 lb female. No collar but microchipped. Call owner at 845-774-5346.
Was in the store the other day in Middletown and the phones rang non-stop the whole time we were there and no one answered them. They are never helpful. They always hand me a slip of paper and tell me to call Staples directly. Went to place an order and the sale price wouldn't populate on line!!!!
