My husband made a printing order online this morning. When we realized that the job wouldn’t have been completed until tomorrow morning he called to speak with someone at the store because we needed it done sooner. They cancelled his order (which was great) but then charged us the in store price (which was almost double the original amount) plus added the express fee on top of it. It’s sad that customer service at a local store has declined so much that $10 means more then making sure the customer has a positive experience. ... read more
