Needed a new laptop and didn't have a particular one in mind. Sean saw our need for direction with what to purchase that best suited our need. He answered all our questions and we are very happy with our purchase. Bastian was also very helpful when we went to pick the new laptop up. Answered our questions and never rushed us.
Went there yesterday only to find the store very disheveled, understaffed and short supplies of the basics. So very disappointed in my experience. I’ll definitely switch back to Officemax/Office Depot. Just took a shot at Staples and won’t again.
I went to Staples today to have brochures printed for business and was incredibly disappointed! I was told it was a corporate direction but they made it more difficult for me to personally do business with them. As a field sales professional I work off of my phone and the cloud and they were not able to accommodate my printing needs. I had been migrating toward staples exclusively but I guess it’s back to Office Depot for me!
They were so friendly and helpful with my business card's.
I called the store at 9 o'clock in the morning to ask one simple question to text support. Finally after 6 phone calls someone answered, it wasn't text support it was a cashier who told me give me your name and phone number and someone will call you back shortly.... it's been close to 20 hours and I'm still waiting for the return call.
I LOVE this store. Always so helpful, friendly, and professional. Went this morning with the Office Depot ad, they price matched everything. I already liked Staples better, which is why I was there, but this definitely cements it.
Horrible service. Waited on line while the guy in front of me was very well taken care of. His dollar and change purchase took so long more of us had accumulated before she asked me up. I asked for more Buis cards and understand there are more customers but I still expect the same courtesy as any other. Nope here stand at the computer and find a new style. Thsts not what I asked for it need mine not some other. Her response she didn't have time. Well office max had no problems with my inquiry so thanks staples
