The assistant manager wasn't helpful or friendly at all! I left and went to Office depot. Maybe he should find another job because customer service isn't his forte at all....not a good example for the other employees!
RecommendedI went to Staples this morning and was assisted by a nice gentleman who helped me get the exact cable that I needed to sync an additional monitor to my Mac. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes and got home and got everything hooked up for my job!

Staff is always helpful! Good selection of products. They always remind me to use my membership.
This staples doesn’t give a crap about customers or serving their needs. Against my gut feeling I ordered something from them instead of Best Buy. They said there was one in stock and it would be ready for pickup in 1 hour. 10 hours later there is no notification that the computer is ready so I stop by. The people working there obviously could care less and tell me they don’t even have that item in the store. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company. I just spoke with an unfriendly agent while trying to access a promotional credit promised to me. I made 3 calls and still have to wait 48 hours before I get the credit. I am so frustrated I felt like telling her where to put it. However, I will hang in there until I get my $10. credit. In the store I have always been treated in a courteous manner. Because of this I gave Staples a 3.
