I haven’t had a minute’s trouble with anything each time I’ve gone there. The staff is helpful. I go there frequently for odds and ins that I need in a hurry for my clients.
Went to the staples store today and a African America woman that works there decided she wanted to snatch the toy I was buying for my daughter out her hand and told her she couldn't have it and put it away on the shelf I don't understand why she even was bothering my daughter and why she took the toy I was buying out of her hand very upset and I don't believe the manager did nothing about it when I called and address the situation I will never go there ever again I'll find other places to do my printer
I enjoy the fact if they don't have an item and I can't get it anywhere else I can go online or use the App on my phone to order the item. It can be delivered within 1-3 days to the store for pick up at no extra charge or if items are over a specific price they can be deliver to your front door free of charge. I absolutely love the fact the support Girl & Boy Scouts by allowing them to sell cookies & popcorn in front of their store. The 2 other large retail stores next to them are very rude to these organizations.
I'm standing in the copy/printing center now. I only asked if they have cover stock paper in a marble type color for printing as well since they sell it on the shelves. I thought I'd ask. He (Stephen) laughed sarcastically and said "that's a good one!" I came in with a polite manner, and a good attitude. All he had to do was just say "no" if they didn't have it for printing, or if it had to be purchased separately and brought over to the printers. He didn't have to speak to me in that manner. I was only asking a question.
Do not participate in any Staples rebate programs! What a scam. For a rebate mailed in 11/28/2016, I am told today that the $43.00 rebate card was mailed out 1/24/2017 and will take up to 30 more days to receive. That would be 3 months to receive and multiple follow-up! It is NOT worth the trouble to purchase Staples items with rebate if (1) it is not received and (2) it takes such a long time (3) repeat follow-up is needed. Buy elsewhere.
Any office need you can find there. Good prices on printing ink
While the store was organized and clean, the customer service could use some training. Cashier was very rude! :(
