The man who opened the door was an hour late when I said good morning to him he never responded. I then went to return and item to be sent to Amazon ( they were listed to return Amazon item) and I asked for help to bring up the code , He replied abruptly “ we DO NOT help with getting returns if you can’t do it go somewhere else!” I always got help before they were wonderful. Needless to say I went UPS , I was in and out in 3- minutes!!! I will never go the the Staple in Monroe Michigan ever again.
Didn't have the product advertised at my local Staples and the associate told me to order it online. I did that and had to pick up at a store that was about 45 minutes away. Paid for it and then the next day I received an email telling me they are out of stock for the laptop. They will refund my money in around 3 days or so. I needed the laptop asap and would have gotten a different one had I just know it was unavailable. Run around for nothing.
The brunette who helped me return my amazon package had by far the worst customer service presence i’ve ever seen, super rude. She needs a job not working with people.
Thank to the knowledgeable employee who help us when there was no other employee that could we were able to get all the business done in one day Thank you Adam ☺️
