Wouldn’t print my fliers for me because of “copywriter permissions” what they were talking about were the endorsement logos for a tour. Your “guy in charge” doesn’t even know what he’s talking about. I’ve been coming here for 2 years to print things. Not anymore.
Horrible customer service. Finally after 20 min - left and went to near by Walmart and bought a better office chair. Never again will I waste my time going into a Staples store.
The print shop ruined $400 worth of brand new textbooks and the manager, Kevin, was rude andd condescending and wouldn't let the print shop employee fix the mess ups even though another manager had already asked the employee to do it.
Was there first thing this AM for the start of a sale lasting until Monday on Garmins. When we asked the sales associate where they were, he told us they ran out Friday, didn't have any more, and rudely stated "the ad says while supplies last." I'm no idiot and I can read, but one would think if a brand new sale was starting there would be supplies!
