Wow! Call staples if you want to be given false information, lied to about management to avoid you from reaching out for further clarification. You have LOST my business. � hope this gets to the regional or district over the Chicago land region, you have internal staff problems that need to be addressed.
Does anyone know how to contact Staples corporate offices? In the span of 3 months, they have managed to deliver my order to the wrong place, fail to deliver it at all, and cancelled 2 of my orders. I have spent thousands of dollars with them for our business because we support smaller business like us. However, when a company consistently fails to deliver on their commitments, the powers that be need to know. What a shame - they used to be the best!

So I place an online order for a product yesterday and got a confirmation to pick and when I got to the store the manager wouldn't sale me the product because he was told not too. Poor business.
