An absolute nightmare! – Customer service is horrible! All the employees just stand around acting like they have better things to do and when you actually ask them to do something you get nothing but attitude. I had a manager lie to my face about an issue and when I called staples customer service they couldn't believe she told me that. I would walk to the other end of the city to avoid this place. Ths place must be where all rejects from the other staples in manhattan go to work.
