Staples in Citrus Heights ripped me off. Big time! I paid $14 to have 9 pages printed on CHEAP glossy paper. The wanted an additional $18 to cut the pictures to size. $32 for 9 pictures? WTH Staples???

I'm not happy with the experience. I was charged for a warranty on a file cabinet, that I didn't ask for. Then when I took it out of he box it was dirty and the handle wouldn't go on secure. I called the store and they could send out another one but it would probably have the same issue. So I went back to the store again to return it. The cashier who sold me the stuff and was aware of the problem passed me off to another cashier. She had no idea what was going on with the situation. I was blown away from the level of customer service I recieved from your team member Zac C in the print shop. I came in to pick up an order for a custom banner from a previous order and decided to inquire about your photo Christmas card promo from ad at counter. Wow! Did he go above and beyond to assist in my order. You are very lucky to have such a dedicated service minded team member. Went to get labels made for my "it works" business. Leslie was amazing very caring and very helpful. She showed me so much. They have so many options. I will definitely be going back.

Horrible service. Could not find a single person to help me find what I was looking for. Finally, I happened to stumble across someone as I was walking out (having already found what I was looking for on Amazon and added it to my shopping cart). Apparently this item was not even on the sales floor so I wouldn't have been able to buy it if it weren't for the lone worker actually attempting to do his job. Needless to say, next time I will be patient and wait for the two day shipping from Amazon instead of going here again.
