Poor customer service in the print department. The rep walked away and refused to continue to help me because she wanted me to purchase a banner or pay $19 for one letter enlargement on a standard piece of paper!

Staples Office Equipment stinks! Paid 350 for a "very nice" office chair and for them to put it together. Four months later it is broken, I have set in it for a total of 40 hours maybe in this time and the manager tells me it is my fault that I didn't buy a 3 year warranty that I wasn't offered! I will not even but a pencil from them.
