RecommendedRanda is the BEST employee there. If I could make her employee of the month EVERY month, I would. She treats me like family and finds me the best stuff. She is even kind to my CNA who comes with me and accommodates us.
I emailed over documents to be printed on Sunday after the store closed. Left my phone number in the email along with the print instructions. I went to pick up my order today (more than 24 hours) after the email was sent and it wasn't ready. The guy working the Print Center said it would be at least 30 minutes IF he didn't have other customers....to print 3 PAGES. HORRIBLE customer service! STAY AWAY! Employees uneducated, rude, lazy and unprofessional to the highest degree. I recommend OfficeMax. PLEASE STAY AWAY! I asked to print off my resume, 3 papers. She told me it would be a 24 HOUR wait time because she was swamped. We walked in with her being on her phone standing around doing nothing, with all of that we asked a few questions... all of her responses were IDK.
