I have been dealing with the service department for 3 weeks and I still do not have a microwave that works. Every schedule is 1 week. Did not fix microwave on two visits (I had to pay the $75 call out fee...with no positive results). This third visit (after another week wait for schedule) they came out only to get a model number. Reallyl!!! They should have done that the first time. Now I have to wait another 4 days for them to call me back to see about part cost and availability. Poor service.
Poor customer service called the Sherwood location looking for a part. Transferred me to parts and they said they had be part. Drove to the Sherwood location and was told I have to go to Choctaw location. Get to Choctaw location and they are closed. Employees just looked at me as I pulled in. I would rather spend money with a retailer that wants my business.
Awesome Customer Service and their price for my dishwasher was $200 less than the big department store!! Thanks.. Will be returning for other appliances.
Purchased a front load washing machine and a microwave at Stanton's. Excellent equipment, great prices and great service!!
I bought from a big box store. They delivered a defective (and dirty) refrigerator and took 5 days to do it. Then they said it would take 5 more days to replace the defective refrigerator! I called Stanton on Wednesday afternoon. TJ was super helpful and assured me that what I wanted was in stock. I paid over the phone and my new fridge arrived by 9:00am on Friday morning. Now THAT is customer service!
