Had bad experience with appliance service. Do not recommend them. Tech said he would order parts and it would be 4 days to come in. 4 days later office called to ask if I wanted parts ordered. Disappointed with them. Went another direction for service. I won’t use these people ever again.

We bought a refrigerator from Stantons scratch and dent and love it. We need a washing machine now and there’s no question about where we are going!
We’ve bought our frontloading washer and dryer there and could by happier. My parents also bought traditional washer/dryers and refrigerators. No issues, Excellent service!
Worse damn company ever!!!! My elderly parents have been waiting on parts for the ac unit two weeks... Rude ass customer handling... Didn't offer replacement unit, loaner or portable!!!!! 80 yr olds in the heat of summer with NO AIR and Stantons does not care! Like where in the world parts take over two weeks to come from!? Hell everywhere damn near has expedited shipping! Told them not to go w this company again!! Its every time u need maintenance
