We used Josh and his team as our realtor when we decided to buy a condo down in the Roswell GA area. Josh was great. He was patient and guided us through a couple of deals that fell apart ( one our choice). He is knowledgeable about the entire Atlanta area. He has many great contacts to provide work post purchase (electricians, plumbers etc.).
I am a real estate investor and Josh is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. In my experience, Josh has always provided his honest opinion on listings while we were hunting for property, even if it meant more work for him and his team. I particularly like the fact that he has a very analytical mindset, which enables deeper conversations around metrics that are difficult to have with less savvy realtors.
