I rented a property manager by Stanton Realty for almost two years. The owners and management staff were always attentive and helpful with all of my needs. They care very much about the properties and that seems to keep the renters happy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to owners and renters alike.
We rented a property that used Stanton Realty as a property manager. While the entire staff was very friendly, they did not resolve issues. The property ended up having numerous problems, including a roof with hard shingles blowing off into the yard and a refrigerator issue. Whenever we needed something fixed Stanton Realty responded that the owner did not want to, and even urgent issues like the fridge took months to be resolved.
