Was NOT told when I booked appointment that they dont even have doctor's on site! So NOT a true eye exam, no dilation, and tele health exam?! I could get that kind of eye exam down at the DMV! Went right around the corner and got a REAL exam and saved $.
I recently went to a really Optical office and they said my eyeglass prescription was all wrong. I had 2 exams with the virtual doctor about a week apart and those prescription were different. I ordered Progressive lens with you all and they chipped within a month. Very disappointed now that I know what a real Eye Doctors office is like.
This has been a lengthy mistake getting my glasses here. Have had to go back numerous times to begin with to change my prescription because it was always wrong,the employee(s) couldn't get my lens back in when they came in and another time they fell out. Recently my lens got a chip in it and I took them back under warranty and against my better judgement, I was quoted a price to have them fixed by a newer manager,came back to get them fixed and another employee gave me a price off $100 more than the original quote,I was DONE... read more
Let me start by saying the 2 progressives for 135 is not what it seems. Only 4 frames to choose from. At the end of the day I was walking out of there with over 400.00 for 2 frames. Not exactly what is advertised.
