The staff was awesome. They made sure they gave me every option there was to get exactly what I needed. I was surprised at how fast everything happened. I was able to get my exam and glasses the same day!! Highly recommended. Edward and Ms.Dorothy were awesome they made me feel right at home.
I had an amazing experience today getting my first pair of glasses! Edward and Dorothy were so amazing to work with and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Even when I had a late appointment they made sure I still walked out with my glasses and didn’t rush through any part of the process! I will be coming here again and referring friends and family!
Great customer service; the gentleman there was awesome and helped me save as much $$ as possible. And interestingly, I found the hybrid doctor situation to be more efficient than expected. Overall great experience!
Mr. Edward was an amazing help and got me right where I needed!
If I could give zero stars I would. I went and had two different exams both with a different result and both I was unable to see out of. They offered me zero solutions and still made me pay for the exams. All exams are done over zoom and no one is actually in the room with you. I had to go get a second opinion elsewhere to finally get a prescription I could see out of. Will not be returning or recommending them to anyone.
