I have updated this review, 3 years ago the service was awesome. Here recently the experience has been horrible. The current manager has refused my service not once but twice. First stating she didn't want to be in the building at 7 by herself when I arrived at 5:45 as a walk-in (abiding by the website for this location). She asked that we come back & arrive well before 6. THE RIGHT CHOICE. I had an amazing experience here! Tara and her teammate are fabulous. Talk about a small but mighty establishment! The whole office is clean and orderly, also the time and effort Tara took in helping me find the right pair of frames for the right price was impeccable.
