The staff is very attentive to all their customers. They make sure each person gets exactly what they want in their glasses
This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. I walked in to inquire about eyeglasses, my glasses broke and I tried to ask about getting lenses for a pair I have and the girl there was so rude she didnt even introduce herself while I was trying to ask her a question she automatically said she could help me. I explained that there other location told me they can help me she said well why you don't go there. That was so unprofessional I was shock I was trying to be a new patient but never mind. Wanted to shop their eyeglass selection. As soon as I walked in the store, this gal working there asked me “how can I help you” but in a rude and condescending tone. I brushed it off and told her I was there to shop their selection as I had already my eye exam done. She never did offer any assistance while I was there. No way to treat a potential customer. So I can’t recommend this place.
