It says walk ins are welcome and it shows online that their whole morning is open but that’s a lie and false advertising at their mandarin location But the woman at this location was rude and condescending If they had a whole morning full of appointments then why is nobody
I had a very poor experience with Stanton. They misrepresented copay amounts, which I personally confirmed after two separate phone calls with their staff. Despite this, they still attempted to overcharge and then blamed everything on “corporate” instead of taking responsibility. On top of that, there was zero courtesy toward the customer—the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help or explain the situation professionally.
