I had such a great experience at Stanton Optical! Rachel went above and beyond to help me with my glasses and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful.
NO PHYSICIAN/ OPTOMETRIST PRESENT . The in store associates preform the exam and then send it to a physician. The doctor is not present via webcam or phone during the exam. I appreciate the associates understanding with my preference they were very kind. I don’t recommend for children or people with eye health issues in their medical history. Appointment for an adult male. Was told when arrived, no appointment was on record. Also, was advised that someone would do a "work-up" and then send off the results for a doctor to read and then contact a patient with results and an action plan for vison care (glasses, etc.). If this is not your standard practice, have a conversation with the staff to give a client the correct information. This was nothing more than a farce of an eye clinic.
