I went to this place they changed the name from EyeLab I bought 5 pairs of glasses that I cannot use because they messed up the prescription lens in the glasses!!! Plus they refuse to give me my prescription to go somewhere else because I don’t trust them anymore! They guy claim he could not print it out! Lies they tell customers ! I work with people! It’s not good to lie!
LET PPL KNOW THIS IS TELEHEALTH AT YOUR FACILITY. I called trying to find pricing for eye exam and contacts and was told they had an appointment and they could see me Monday. I was on the other side of town and rushed here to make it in time. They handed me the iPad to fill out my information and then they proceeded to tell me that it’s a telehealth appointment.
