Wish I could give a negative star! Not as advertise. Nothing was offered, No same day, no BOGO, No 2 pair for $79, No Veteran discount. Went in expecting to pay under $150, had to pay close to $300. We will see if the got my prescription right in 4-5 days. I got single-vision glasses too for one eye.
They do not honor the advertising posted on all media. "We don't have any of the frames for the advertised price " that was for the Blue tagged frames and we don't have anymore. I was quoted over $300 for 2 frames, bifocal lenses and no extras. No manager available. I even asked about the pricing for the BOGO before my exam.
Picked up my glasses Feb 26th at that time I let the worker know that the lens wasn’t sitting right in the frame he popped it back in and said it’s because I didn’t pay for thinned out lens’s.My prescription isn’t correct because when I wear the glasses it makes me see double…. Lens is thin enough just doesn’t properly fit into frames. 2 for 79.99 is horrible because the have 3 frames to chose from then offer you one slightly more expensive paid for 79.99, my appointment took 4 hours from walk in to checkout I call on the ph... read more
I was drawn in off the street with the offer of two pairs of glasses and an exam for $79.00. I couldn't get the glasses that day because of my prescription, but you take the good with the bad. Service was top notch and combined with the price makes up for any inconveniences.
Weirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrd place. Weird .......and I'm sure they'll be the SAME response by them....."We're sorry...you can reach out to us"..... Only one employee some young girl really withdrawn but somewhat nice. Seemed maybe 20 yrs old? Anyway yes the exam is remote with some other young person on a screen wearing a lab jacket that says, "Physicians" on it.
