Ms. Eli was so nice and sweet and helpful. I came in needing glasses urgently and she assured me that everything should come in on time. She was very helpful and speedy with the process. Overall amazing experience. I expected to be there for hours but she made everything run speedy. Will definitely go again if I ever lose my glasses again 😂
If you want to see or speak to a doctor, confirm that will be the case before you go here. The eyeglass prescription part of the exam was conducted remotely with a technician. There was never any indication that would be the case. Then my prescription from a remote doctor that I didn’t see or speak to was given to me. I was asked no questions about any issues I was having despite filling one out on the form before the exam.
This place is a scam charge you for exams that’s not right making the whole company look bad I feel if you can’t start up a company without trying to pay someone for there name is sad this place needs to get checked by the owner
went to get my first contact exam was very excited to start seeing in 2020 but after waiting in store for a person on the computer to do a eye exam I was told no trails until next week when I got my contacts so waited tried them for a couple days nothing but blurriness and gave me a headache I call and was told to wait a week to give them time to adjust which seem cray but anyways waited and called to explain I will be going to Americas bestt I'm very unhappy with this company and they way I was handled I call the store mana... read more
