Stanton Optical is amazing and in particular this location has excellent customer service! Maiya was the one who assisted me with my exam and ensured everything went smoothly with the virtual optometrist. She was kind, so friendly, and very accommodating! She made the experience truly enjoyable. She went above and beyond ensuring I had all the quotes I needed as far as contact prices and informed me of all the rebates available to me. I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. The ladies we're super cool and was able to help me with everything. I needed my glasses fixed because I broke them. They took care of that for me right away. Great guys, great service. Very rare.
Was my first time there, hasn't had an eye exam in 6 years, Emily was simply the best. So helpful, and friendly. Overall awesome experience.
They told me that they accept Medicaid when they really don’t it’s just a 20% discount also, I’ve tried filling out to see if I would get approved for a discount and now it’s not accepting my bank information over all the experience was a one star rating too much misinformation and I’m getting two different versions of what they approve and don’t approve and what they accept and don’t accept. I don’t recommend this place.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. Wide selection of frames, staff works with you to assure your satisfied with your selection. 10 out of 10.
