Excellent service Sara
Came in to get some cheaper glasses while waiting on my pair from the doctor. They have a great selection, and very helpful staff. I was in and out in less than an hour with glasses in my hand. Once I picked the frames it only took 20 minutes to have the glasses done. Really cool place.
Given incorrect information when items would arrive. Given my own fault why current glasses were broken I was willing to pay an expedited fee for the glasses to get here earlier. One worker says they’d be there the next day, this morning someone said Saturday for sure. After I got off the phone with the manager they said Tuesday. Don’t believe I should have been given three different answers with no explanation and still don’t have my glasses.
Needed new glasses, went and got seen almost immediately. Special thank you to Madison for making sure everything went smoothly and helped me pick out the best frames for me. Will definitely be coming back!
Never answers the phone or it’s “always down”. I went in for a contact lense exam and didn’t leave until 2 hours later with the 2 employees trying to juggle everyone. I placed an order for contacts and can’t contact the store to see if they came in because god forbid they call anyone to tell me know they are in so now I’m going to have to go by and check. Very annoying.
