Great experience and happy with quality of lenses and frames. Bought two pair and followed up later on a couple things, and Erika was great to work with!
Absolutely very kind and very helpful , they explain everything very well and in detail so you can understand . I lost my glasses over the 4th weekend and they had me walking out with a new pair on the same day as my appointment on Monday . Edward is the best!!
Keisha and Ed were fantastic! I got the wrong prescription for my new glasses when I went in the first time and had to come in to get it corrected. They immediately had me rechecked and got the prescription corrected. They were able to get the new lenses made in house and I walked out the door with good glasses! Thanks guys!
I want to thank Iris (Store in Kernersville) for her help with my glasses and sunglasses. She was very helpful. She was also nice friendly.
