I got a email/text that my lenses I ordered were ready for pickup today. When I went by I was approached by an associate stated they would help me after work today. I stood there for several minutes while waiting to pick up my lenses. Back and forth they went from bin to bin. Kept coming back with nothing. Finally the associate stated they were not here, (sighing) maybe they were sent to another store, or did not come at all. Very nice people working there, but terrible company. They don’t Spend the money to put a optometrist there and do a “”hybrid”” exam, their exam is not trustworthy . The specialists don’t know how to use the machine neither understands anything about optometry . I wouldn’t spend your time going into this place. All their brand are made from their own company, all trash. The “”doctor”” online was on a video call full of background noise. Nothing was professionally done at this place. Such a waste of time.
Rude people I don't recommend this place. Bad costumer service. Don't go there 👎👎
It was the fastest and most friendly service I have ever had all the staff were wonderful and I received my new glasses that same day !! Definitely would recommend to anybody to in need of a check up and a new pair of glasses
