I Scheduled my appointment last minute this morning and came straight here! Erika was here opening and saw me first thing when I got there a little early! She was great! Super friendly and explained everything to me in detail. I am very grateful to have her assistance today in getting my overdue eye exam done and getting me all set up with some new glasses! I went to Stanton optical to get new Glasses. I asked to get a eye exam I started the exam when I got into the exam room there was a Doctor on a video screen I didn't feel comfortable but I didn't want to be rude. I went through with the exam. They told me the exam would be 25.00 I wanted to come back with My Wife to look at glasses when I realized that My insurance said it would be covered for 0 when I came Today I asked why they charged me 70.00 I was told that My insurance was not accepted even though on the insurance com... read more
3/11/2025 Appointment for 5pm. 4 other walk-in’s in front of the appointment. Was told twice that cost of eye exam and contact was $109. Staff said they were not aware of that price. Was guaranteed to have contacts when I walked out the door. Remote optometrists had not approved the contacts I normally wear but the brand they wanted to RX me. They still did not the correct RX here. At 7pm I am still waiting to pay for the office visit and my RX. Not disclosed price was $144 not disclosed all fees for contact
Love Love Love this place, the people are the nicest there is and super helpful with everything, we will definitely be making this our go to eye place
