I brought in some broken glasses that I didn’t buy from here and they repaired them for me at a moments notice
We did like Alyssa and Lynda that being said I shouldnt need to pull my own insurance when it never changed appt was at 1pm we left after 4pm due to the doctors being god knows where and taking over an hour to sign off on their own exams, unsure of ever going back
Worst customer service ever made me pull up my insurance the same one on file so now the appointment is 15 minutes behind won't bother coming back here
Worst customer service ever. We sat 20 past our appointment time before the chick asked for our benefits paperwork whatever that is. She couldn’t ever explain what she was talking about so we walked out. Never go here unless you carry around a binder of paperwork.
Alyssa provided excellent customer service! And informed me on everything I needed to know about my daughters glasses, she is very helpful and friendly.
