Not happy with the service I got at this location. Apparently "hybrid" eye exams are what they do here and it did not work out for me. I've had plenty of eye exams in the past ....in person with the eye doctor and never had an issue with anything. Got glasses, contacts with no problems. Until the hybrid eye exam. The exam was a little weird. Eye doctor was on video. He was also rude, and uptight. Mrs Birgitta was very pleasant to deal with. Helped with my order and I didn't leave feeling like I was an inconvenience! Thank you Birgitta!
Daughter went and her prescription was WAYYYY wrong.
I don't normally leave reviews but I feel like this should be addressed. I went to Stanton optical in Longview yesterday because my glasses broke in a bad way that I can't fix nd I desperately need more my broken ones are starting to seriously affect my eyes nd head. Bad place they rip you off . We came there on Wed ask for eye check and a year supply for contact they said is $280 for one person . I had schedule for 2 people . We came in today . It is a total difference whatever they said. They said one for $ and the other first $560 OMG !.WHY ARE THEY SAY THAT BEFORE! WE NERVER GOING BACK TO THEM . WE'RE THEIR CUSTOMER. I NEVER WANT TO REFFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE ! WE LEFT TGET WITH $150 PAID PLUS INSURANCE CHARGED FOR THE EYE EXAM 😠 😡 😤 😣 😾 🤬 😠 😡!
