A waste of my time and energy. Don’t advertise on your website that you take certain types of insurance and then tell me as I’m walking in for my appointment you don’t take the insurance I have, which was LISTED ON THE SITE.
I ordered glasses that should've arrived 6 days ago. I have been trying to reach customer service, but there is only 1 means of contact. This phone number takes the caller to their closest store for "customer service". I ordered a pair of glasses online, which is separate from the stores location. The manager said he has nothing to do with online orders and as such cannot help with my order. I asked to be pushed to someone higher and he couldn't help. Was told my glasses would be made same day when I set up the appointment, and then when I was done with my eye exam they said 2 weeks at the latest. It’s now been 2 weeks and my glasses are stuck in customs with no delivery date in sight. If I had known they shipped them from overseas and this was going to be an issue I never would have ordered them from here. Terrible experience!
Don’t get contacts! They advertise a promotion of a year supply being $150, by the end of the exam everything was over $300. All I got were contacts so it was extremely upsetting walking away having to settle with that. The contact solution I was given was also expired so be aware.
