Love them! The actual exam was fast and easy. Yes the dr visit was virtual but it was convenient and hassle free. Then I walked over to the glasses area where I was able to choose from a ton of options! They were so affordable that I was able to get two pairs. I got normal glasses which were ready in about an hour and I actually just picked up my second pair which took about two weeks and are prescription sunglasses. If you have never worn glasses or contacts but are wanting to get your eyes checked do not go here. You will be shuttled into a room asked what is better then told to buy glasses. No explanation or discussion on your results. They want your money and do not care if you have any questions.
Thank you Elizabeth yesterday for such a wonderful experience. From the scheduling, to the front desk. Lisa was just as helpful with instructions on what to and what to expect from the exam. The exam in its self was so easy and pleasant. Thank you for being patient and knowledgeable of the glasses and best alternatives to choose from. I love my glasses I can't wait to get them. The facility was very updated and clean. Tons of glasses to choose from.
Terrible experience from start to finish, everyone was rude from the front desk to the doctor who was via remote. The doctor was very rude and impatient with me and had no bedside manner whatsoever.
