I had an amazing experience getting my eye (contact & glasses) exam here. The staff was very friendly and made me feel supported from start to finish. I apologize because I am not sure how to spell her name but I think it was Elisa? Shes a dark skinned girl and had a long ponytail when I came by on 6/29. She was so sweet and got my entire exam done by herself in no time at all. She was sweet and patient with me. Definitely set me up for success. On my appointment the staff was great and picking out my glasses went good. My only concern was why did I not see or talk to the actual doctor or does that happen when you go back in to pick up your glasses. Even though I never saw the doctor I would highly recommend this office and yes I will use them again
There is a sign that say walk-ins welcome. I walk in only to be told they are only taking appointments. Talk about false advertisement.
This was my first visit to Stanton Optical (Gastonia), and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bre. She took the time to help me select the perfect glasses, clearly explained all of my options and pricing, and made sure I understood everything included in the two-pair package.
