I got my glasses today and I was supposed to get them yesterday but I did not then they told me id get them on the 10th but I got them a day later which is today. That irritates me a little because this place has a reputation of getting glasses done fast, well for me that wasnt the case. I would not come here if you have a high prescription, other than that everyone made me feel comfortable and happy
I’d give more stars if I could actually go there and get my eye exam. This place keeps canceling my appointments and gives no reason for the cancellation. Incredibly frustrating. I’m going somewhere else.
Asked multiple times if $80 covered eye exam and glasses and told it did for my son. Ended up wanting another $100 for prescription and not same day. Cost 80 for exam and walked out.
Great experience at Stanton Optical in Gastonia, NC. We had three vision exams done and the entire process was quick, smooth, and efficient. The exam is a little different from a traditional eye doctor because part of the eye exam is done through a live chat screen with the assistant, but it actually worked really well. Went to Stanton for glasses, I had to go back 4 times just to get the frame fixed. Was told it was 20% of the bill, I told them I was not paying again, it was every 2 to 3 months the frames would break in the exact same spot. I had to have them sent off for new frames, if I have to replace them again, I will be highly disappointed.
