First of all the person you see isn't even a real eye doctor in the u.s. They tell you one price then overcharge for everything and they didnt get my prescription right. Its just a bunch of unqualified technicians running a cheap labor knock off of a real eye doctor.This place is great if your looking for glasses you won't be able to see out of. Someone should report this place.
My first time using this place. I chose them for the availability and the price. I struggled to see immediately after getting my contacts. They adjusted them….i still struggled to see comfortable. I never moved forward to even buy a box because the sample pair feel so crazy. Be patient. Make an appointment at your regular doctor. There’s a reason why it’s so much cheaper here. Not worth it. Do NOT go here! The eye exam technicians had no idea what they were doing. Blew air in the same eye twice and were rude. The “virtual doctor” did my exam but I couldn’t see the letters at the end. She said there is nothing they could do about it!!! I was frustrated because the Dr could not do her job. She couldn’t answer any of my questions. STAY FAR AWAY from this scam
Carlos and Dallas were both so wonderful to work with! I decided to finally get fitted for contacts yesterday and was in and out with my prescription + contacts in 2 hours! The pricing is very fair and all options were explained to me thoroughly. Dallas has great bedside manner and helped me through finally getting my contacts in after an hour of effort. Will definitely be returning to Stanton.
I see a lot of good reviews so I must be in the minority. After two visits, my contact lens prescription is not correct. The "eye doctor" seems unwilling to use my existing prescription, in which I can see perfectly, and wants to do it some other way. I will not be wasting my time with a third attempt. If you have basic eyecare needs, I imagine this place is acceptable. If you need multifocal contact lenses, I would stay clear.
