If i could id give zero stars! I was in urgent need of new glasses and had a trip on Friday. Because they advertise same day pick up, I went and paid for services at this location. Mrs. Kimberly said that I should have my glasses before my trip on Friday. It was Tuesday. She said UPS arrived at 2pm, and that she would cut my lenses. I walk in right before my trip at around 6pm Friday. They were not ready. She tells me she has a whole stack of lenses to cut before mine. THE MAIN REASON I PAID FOR THESE WERE FOR MY TRIP.
This is absolutely WILD!!! My appointment was 10/13 at 5:30pm. I walk in and KIMBERLY said shes the only person here and that itll be a bit of a qait. Cool whatever. Theres a girl ahead of me who had an appointment at 5pm. I got here at 4:50pm. It is now 6:15pm and the girl ahead of me STILL hasn't gotten her exam and neither have I. Kimberly is more worried about people picking up her glasses than dealing with people who are needing their exams. Service was impeccable! Madison has great customer service, and is an amazing employee . I will be back to get more glasses .
The manager lady who is always there is always rude. The kind of person who probably brags how professional she is but has absolutely no people skills. My blood boils just hearing her condescending tone to everyone.
