Jenna and Bianca where very helpful. They went through all my options and I ordered my supply of contacts. There were issues with my order taking forever. But they worked with me and got them in. Once they got in I still owed the other half for my prescription but with me having to move out of Wisconsin Jenna worked with me and waved the other half of my payment so I could have my prescription. I will never use Stanton again! I have used them before and loved them but this location is horrible! I was sent home unsure of how to use my first pair of contacts. When I discovered they would not work for me I talked to her team and they apologized to me. Got me new contacts. On that same day I broke my glasses by literally setting them on my night stand. I had a pair of glasses break within 1 month of purchase. I called several times to discuss replacement. I was told many times I would be called back later and never got a call back. I was frustrated with the customer service until I went in and talked to Bianca (Assistant Sales Manager). She tried her best to get the same pair of glasses, but they were out of stock. Not helpful at all! I’m not sure who answered the phone today but customer service isn’t her strong suit. Told me I need a new eye exam that it’s been 60 days. Update. Went back and they tried to scam me. Also was told that an astigmatism comes and goes throughout the day. Stay away from this place!!!
Enjoyed eye glass shopping with Phyre and Natalie! Competent and very knowledgeable. Thanks Update:2025 Most of the glasses didn't hold up past 3 months, to much money and not durable glasses! Won't return.
