This is the Jiffy Lube of eye clinics. They waited until I got to my limited time appointment to tell me the I had to be the one to work with my insurance company BEFORE the appointment. Lens Crafters it is.
I received an exam here a little over a year ago. Today I had my yearly eye exam at Shopko Optical, with an actual doctor and not a TV screen, and was told that the prescription I was given by Stanton was completely wrong. We tested with my Stanton Optical prescription glasses as well to verify how incorrect it was. Not only has my prescription been wrong for over a year, I spent much more money getting an exam at Stanton Optical than I did with Shopko Optical today, where I received the PROPER prescription. Jenna and Bianca where very helpful. They went through all my options and I ordered my supply of contacts. There were issues with my order taking forever. But they worked with me and got them in. Once they got in I still owed the other half for my prescription but with me having to move out of Wisconsin Jenna worked with me and waved the other half of my payment so I could have my prescription. I was so thankful and will be going there in the future when I get back to Wisconsin. GREAT JOB STANTON OPTICAL. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I will never use Stanton again! I have used them before and loved them but this location is horrible! I was sent home unsure of how to use my first pair of contacts. When I discovered they would not work for me I talked to her team and they apologized to me. Got me new contacts. On that same day I broke my glasses by literally setting them on my night stand. I had a pair of glasses break within 1 month of purchase. I called several times to discuss replacement. I was told many times I would be called back later and never got a call back. I was frustrated with the customer service until I went in and talked to Bianca (Assistant Sales Manager). She tried her best to get the same pair of glasses, but they were out of stock.
