Went in to get Contacts revision and Jan helped me. She explained to me step by step how my new prescription would be and why. She was very patient and took her sweet time with me, we even got a lot of laughter in. Thank you so much to the 3 J’s that work there, you ladies are awesome.
Didn’t quite get the right prescription in my first contact appointment but they addressed everything and got me scheduled with an in person doc immediately. Gave me several test pairs after I said they bugged my eyes to find what fit me best, re-ordered a new 12 month set on the spot. The manager today was also very sweet. Amazing staff all around
I had my records sent over and was confirmed that they were sent from my previous eye doctor but when I arrived that said they had never received them. All my tests were done by a tech and I never saw an actual doctor. They lady said she would send them and he would virtually review them??? I would not recommend this place and go somewhere where you can get an actual exam by an actual doctor.
There is no actual optometrist and when I remade my appt on a day the optometrist was going to be there, I arrived and found out it was every other Thursday which no one was intelligent enough to tell me when they scheduled my appt
My father worked with Bianca today, she was wonderful answering all our questions. She a Spanish speaker and it was very helpful so my father could communicate with her. I recommend going in and see what they can do for you!
