Ellery in the Chico store assisted me with putting new nose pads on my glasses! She showed me exactly how to do it & was very professional & friendly.
I cannot say enough positive things about this place Especially A’Lora, I was taking an absolute ridiculous time to get it from the “eye doctor” Somewhere else. I went in with met with kindness and compassion. She spent quite a while, helping me making sure the lenses were perfect. Needing a new prescription and never having bifocals before even though it was a slight prescription spent so much time making sure they were perfect. I needed a new screw in my glasses, so my husband to the in. They didn’t have any available. So they gave me a whole new pair just put my lens in the new ones.
Gabby was amazing very helpful and friendly highly recommended
