Never order these glasses online. I ordered prescription glasses Feb 6. Never received them by mail. Called the 877-518-5788 number listed on the invoice. The rep told me they were in the mail. Waited for the order and received the box USPS on Feb. 24. There were two glasses ordered. I only received one pair of glasses. I have a lock mail box. The box was opened at one end. The rep at this number told me if I didn't receive the order get the online phone number with invoice (the same number in which I was speaking to). ?????... read more
Ellery and A'lora at the Chico office are amazing! I had difficulty getting my prescription and these two ladies went out of their way to assist me in getting my new prescription. They then helped me find four perfect pairs of glasses that complimented me and my needs. I have never been so thankful for exceptional service and kindness.

I'm giving 3-stars as I had to go in multiple times to get an eye exam. I'm probably one out of a few that this happens to, but the first time I went in, I had to wait an hour to be seen, and then the eye doctor I saw was not in person, but online/remote. I felt the exam portion was a bit rushed and was not confident about the prescription given to me. Stanton Optical allowed me to take the exams again so I went in a second time, but the remote eye doctor only gave me a prescription for glasses and not contacts even though I... read more
The actual eye exam is performed remotely by an "eye doctor" on a video call from India. If you have anything more than basic eyesight issues, they don't support it. Such as if you need prism in your lenses. Just go to a real eye doctor then take your prescription to Walmart or use an online maker of glasses. Besides, who really needs TWO pairs of the same glasses
